Nafs for empowerment institution implemented its second workshop for managers and teachers in Qalandia and Hebron male complex affiliated to UN schools in coordination with UNRWA teaching program about work during emergency to strengthen capabilities and relive stress. The workshop took place in the Tourist Village in Jericho which was done by the effort of the coordinators Abrar Jaber and Leen Sa’adeh for the instructors. . The workshop includes explanatory speech from the Head of Education Program Muawiya Amar and his Vice President of the program Mohammad Salameh, the Head of Education in Jerusalem Osama Abu Al-Baha, Head of Education in Nablus Hassan Ramadan and Ibrahim Dahleh the Professional Development Coordinator. The workshop included a set of theoretical, practical, and psychological activities aimed to increase human communication and working on a team to acquire new skills to solve problems, and confronting self-violence as Mandela’s methodology, to relive stress to confront psychological crises and violence. A training team from Nafs participated in the workshop from Nasser Mattar, Mai Mansour, Samiha Misbah, Aboud Hamed, and Brinda Fadi.
At the end of the workshop, everyone thanked the trainers and the education program for their interest in everyone and the training workshop, and they asked for more workshop.
