Conclusion of the intensive training workshop on “Interacting with Children and Developing Their Social and Emotional Skills.”
The training, which involved 20 facilitators, covered “Behavioral Disorders in Children, Methods of Diagnosis, and How to Manage Them, and Techniques for Handling Them within Work Groups” on the first day. On the second day, the training focused on “Active Methods in Working with and Interacting with Children.”
This training workshop is conducted in collaboration with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) as part of the “Reach” project, which aims to enhance the capacities and skills of field-based counselors and facilitators working in the field of psychosocial support. The workshop included a group of facilitators working in marginalized areas facing difficult conditions in the West Bank.
