The first workshop within a training course on first aid and psychosocial support, as part of the project to enhance the role of Palestinian refugees in influencing various aspects of their lives, was conducted in cooperation and coordination with the Social Services and Social Affairs Program of UNRWA.
The course was inaugurated by Ms. Lubna Mudia, the program director, who emphasized the importance of cooperation between community institutions and UNRWA to support refugee camps in light of the difficult conditions faced by the people. She also highlighted the significance of raising awareness.

It also covered psychological intervention techniques within their respective roles.
The course was organized by Ms. Suhair Sawalha, Director of the Gender Program, and training was led by the Nafas Empowerment Team. The training will continue for four days for two groups from the West Bank.
