A workshop about psychological pressure targeting 20 counselors from the ministry of education in Ramallah Governorate schools, was implemented today. The workshop was arranged in coordination between Nafs for Empowerment and the ministry of education- Ramallah Directorate. Te workshop that was opened by Mr. Nasser Abu Karsh, the director of the ministry of Education Directorate in Ramallah, included a series of theoretical and practical activities to enable the counsellors to debrief the pressure they face. The workshop was facilitated by trainer Nasser Mattar and was dedicated to help the counsellors to cope up with the negative feelings as well as developing their capacity in dealing with the beneficiaries. The workshop helped the counselors to avoid burnt out and introduce to new skills to be applied in their work
The participants highly appreciated the workshop and expressed deep thanks to the organizers and the trainer demanding more similar activities in the future.
