Nafs for Empowerment implemented A workshop on communication, stress management and building work teams in cooperation with the municipality of Al-Bireh. The workshop comes within the framework of community partnership, how to deal with work pressures and enhance the role of work teams to enhance their leadership role, in specialized vocational training, targeting employees working in Al-Bireh Municipality from various job categories and specializations, to relieve pressure and increase professional performance, cooperation and partnership between the various departments and the local community. At the end of the workshop, the participants stressed the importance of the workshop and its time for them and their necessary need for similar and additional training.
