Nafsfor Empowerment, in cooperation with Bait Dafi Organization, targeting the health workers at the Palestinian Medical Relief Committees- Bethlehem, about communication techniques with young people. The workshop that was conducted by trainer Nasser Mattar, the director- general of Nafs, included a series of theoretical and practical activities about the youth behavior and how to help them overcome pressure and decrease the level of violence among them. Additionally, trainees were introduced to skills that will be utilized in enhancing youth’s role within the public life and deal with the problems they may face
