Workshop about dealing with young people and debriefing the pressure that the workers in the Palestinian Medical Relief Committees face in their work with youth. The workshop was conducted by trainer Nasser Mattar, director- general of Nafs for Empowerment, and organized by Bait Dafu’ Society. The workshop included a series of theoretical and practical activities to develop trainees’ capacity in the field of working with youth and providing them with skills that will facilitate their work. Several techniques were utilized in the training including play therapy and three dimension painting. Additionally, trainees were provided with skills to overcome the challenges they face in working with youth and how to positively control the aggressive behavior that characterizes youth in general. In addition to the trainer, Bassam Baker, Director- General of Bait Dafi’ took part I the training and introduced participants to the agenda behind conducting such training and the future steps.
