Commence the first workshop, out of three workshops, about Alternative to Violence Tools, positive socialization, and decreasing psycho- social pressure for the teachers and the students of Ziad Abu Ein School- Ramallah. The workshop was conducted by trainer Nasser Mattar, director- general of Nafs for Empowerment and included a series of activities (theoretical and practical) to improve communication among participants to exchange knowledge and experience. Additionally, participants were introduced to new techniques to decrease the level of violence and apply alternative tools to violence in their life that will contribute in enhancing the culture of dialogue and non- violence. Additionally, participants were trained on skills to transfer negative energy into positive behavior.
